Claudia DiPaola
With over two decades of experience as an award-winning real estate leader, Claudia DiPaola is the proud Owner of RE/MAX Aboutowne Realty in Oakville, Ontario. As one of the GTA’s top- producing brokerages, Aboutowne has been modeled after Claudia’s unmatched drive and passionate approach since 2011 and is home to some of the area’s most successful and accomplished agents.
Born in Argentina and arriving in Canada at the age of 13, Claudia’s ambition and yearning for knowledge brought her to Seneca College for Business Management as well as becoming a
Certified Business Coach to assist others in achieving their goals. In 1999, she took her talents to the real estate world as a sales representative and quickly escalated to senior management status doubling as a broker and manager of a multi-branch, 100+ salesperson team and extensive admin staff. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Claudia was instrumental in the opening and staffing of multiple independent offices and now coaches Aboutowne’s two Oakville locations with a 200+ strong sales force and support staff. Widely recognized as one of the best negotiators in the business, Claudia’s effective ability to connect and energetically guide others stems from her strength as a great listener alongside her warm-hearted, positive attitude. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, her multilingual expertise and remarkable reputation have led to several recent accolades, including Broker Owner of the Year Multi- Office RE/MAX Ontario/Atlantic Canada Inc., RE/MAX Best New Office, and the Toronto Real Estate Board Community Service Award.
When she’s not busy inspiring and encouraging agents to grow their business, Claudia loves cooking, yoga, and travelling with family and friends. Never far from a golf course or a dance floor, she also enjoys staying active by participating in relays and boating competitions throughout the province. As someone who always looks to uplift those around her, Claudia has made it a goal to start her own charitable organization and is dedicated to supporting important causes throughout the Oakville community.
Doug Bedrosian
Doug Bedrosian has been a trusted leader at RE/MAX Aboutowne since 2010. As a Broker/Manager, Doug happily provides clients and fellow agents with personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals. Over the past decade, he has facilitated thousands of transactions in all market conditions around the GTA while offering sound advice and reliable service to those he works with.
Prior to entering the business, Doug quickly climbed the ranks in the technology and telecommunications worlds working with Bell Canada, Nortel and IBM. His talents for collaboration and adaptability brought him significant success in both fields before setting his sights on the real estate industry where he continues to deliver extraordinary results. Surrounded by an excellent staff and cherished clientele, he is most known for his calming approach and resourcefulness that allows those around them to feel at ease when making countless important decisions.
Outside the office, Doug can be found cooking in the kitchen or reading the latest edition of the Toronto Star or Globe and Mail. As a creative who enjoys building things, he is never one to shy away from a challenge and loves having the ability to turn any problem into an ideal solution.
Karen Collins
Karen Collins is a dedicated real estate expert who works hard to create and foster a custom experience for her clients. Karen’s exceptional level of service comes as a result of her passion for connecting with people, her ability to communicate effectively and her extensive knowledge of the Oakville area. Elisabet Kisielewski
Heading the RE/MAX Aboutowne Accounting Department is Elisabet Kisielewski. Elisabet manages all accounting processes for the team and has been ensuring the data entered is accurate and organized since 2011. Her keen eye for detail and financial acuity are key to the brokerage’s success and she loves to contribute as much as she can.
While pregnant with her second child, Elisabet managed to not only obtain a post-graduate degree in International Marketing but was first in her class; proving that her capacity to accomplish whatever she sets her mind on is exceptional. Elisabet’s intelligence and resourcefulness were instrumental in helping bolster the distribution business that she and her husband own. Similar to her sister, brokerage owner Claudia DiPaola, she has a committed entrepreneurial spirit and was a long-time real estate investor way before entering the industry.
An internationally ranked tennis player, Elisabet still loves to get out on the court whenever possible. She also enjoys sailing and traveling with her family as well as reading up on the latest in economic and world news.
Katerina Koumbridis
Katerina has a passion for helping others and implements it in every area of her life. Originally from Toronto and now living in Oakville, Katerina entered the Real Estate Industry in 2007 to help people with their real estate needs and goals. With 20 years of exceptional customer service she easily transitioned from customer centric to agent centric.
She truly loves helping others realize their true potential and be the best version of themselves. As the Director of Growth she believes in creating value and providing high levels of service to Realtors alongside an impeccable team. She approaches her role as an agent, understanding what agents’ needs are in order to thrive.
Kindness, being of service to others and giving back are also at the top of her list. She has raised money and volunteered for various charities, including Halton Women’s place, Canadian Red Cross Food Bank, Million Reasons to Run Research, and Easter Seals.
When she’s not busy networking, Katerina is a devoted mother to two amazing daughters, and the cutest shih poo ever! Never far from a dance floor or a soccer field, she enjoys dancing, yoga, cooking and along with her husband helped coach girls soccer where leadership, accountability, teamwork and respect for others are at the forefront of their mission.
Serwan Jolag
RE/MAX Aboutowne’s numbers expert is Serwan Jolag. Serving as their Financial Services Manager, Serwan helps fulfill business transactions while overseeing financial reporting and many other integral day-to-day activities. Her ethics and accuracy while handling the financial requirements of buying, and selling properties helps the team achieve success for their clients.
With over 18 years of accounting experience, Serwan is known for her honesty, proficiency, and dedication in her field. She has a background in balancing the books for multiple industries including new home construction and media. Since 2019, her contributions to the company have been essential and her hunger to expand her knowledge by continually taking courses only increases the great impact she makes. Not only analytically minded, she’s also a strong listener and communicator with a positive approach that helps her genuinely connect with anyone she works with. Danielle Wright
Danielle Wright is a devoted Senior Deals Administrator with RE/MAX Aboutowne. Danielle enjoys connecting with agents while building relationships with the dedicated team of Oakville real estate professionals. Her experience and range of talents help the staff meet and exceed buyers and sellers’ expectations and her enthusiasm leaves a positive impression with those she interacts with. Having well over a decade to hone her expertise, she applies her attributes of hard work, compassion, and care to ensure the office runs efficiently while resolving questions, concerns and any unexpected obstacles.
Danielle loves spending time with agents, listening to their needs, and understanding their unique way of thinking to deliver personalized service and results. Larissa Lambert
Larissa Lambert is an Aboutowne Deal Administrator with two decades of experience in the Real Estate industry. Larissa’s efficiency and strong attention to detail goes a long way to helping the team build their impressive reputation throughout the GTA. Always the resourceful asset, she manages incoming and outgoing commission funds, coordinates communication with other offices and handles almost all of the paperwork involved with each transaction.
Larissa began her career at the age of 17 in a part-time role as a real estate receptionist and has been apart of the home buying and selling world ever since. After receiving an advanced diploma in Business Administration for Human Resources, she supplied her talents at two other brokerages before arriving at RE/MAX Aboutowne where she flourishes at supporting the agents she works alongside. Larissa’s proactive and positive approach is key to the team’s success and her ability to audit documents to spot any necessary corrections is almost as impressive as her proficiency to type an average of 80 words per minute!
Outside of the office, Larissa loves a good DIY project to upgrade her home as well as vacationing with family and reading the occasional self-help book whenever possible.
Josh Ennis
As our Creative Director, overseeing marketing for both our agents and the brokerage. With a major in Communications from Brock University and further studies in Digital Graphic Design at Mohawk College, Josh brings over 13 years of experience to the real estate industry. His brilliance in artwork and engaging visuals has elevated countless real estate marketing efforts. Known for his innate creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to making every design stand out, Josh is a remarkable designer.
Beyond design, Josh cherishes spending time with his family—his wife and two daughters—when he’s not crafting impactful visuals for our team.
Chrystal Ferreira
With a market as competitive as Oakville, making an impactful impression has never been more important. Enter Chrystal Ferreira, RE/MAX Aboutowne’s Graphic Design expert. For over a dozen years, Chrystal has provided the brokerage with brilliant artwork and engaging visuals to help elevate their real estate marketing efforts.
After graduating from Seneca College, Chrystal combined her eye for details with her passion for photography and quickly built a reputation for her stunning selection of portraits and nature shots. She became a Visual Merchandising Assistant where she applied her talents and was recognized as one of the top in her field. Her innate creativity and willingness to go the extra mile to make everything she does stand-out makes her a remarkable designer and she continues to develop her skills to deliver extraordinary presentations and advertisements for the team.
When she’s not constructing masterpieces on photoshop, Chrystal loves spending time with her two children and getting behind the camera to shoot footage of whatever catches her eye.
